proper itallian pizza with pepp bacon mush and onion after my band im loving fresh english strawberrys at the mo!!
 
before surgery it was pie and chips
after surgery(5wks ago) its mash, gravy and mint sauce!!!

Haven't had my surgery yet but my favs are American style cakes and Thornton's Original Toffee Chocs.

any chinese really and kfc style chicken, traitional roast dinners, lamb of any description and steak. hmmmm, i think i see my problem
 
Before op - spicy veggie curries or chilli

Post op - same just much, much less and no rice, naans or popadoms etc!
 
SUSHI, for me it is the perfect food, colourful, fresh, full of protein, naturally low in fat and small portions, lol:p! I eat sushi whenever I get the chance. Many sushi places offer sashimi which is the fish sliced thin with no rice for those who skip rice. YUMMY!:eating:
 
Before Op one of my favorate meals was Full Gammon steak, Chips, fried egg, mushrooms,Grilled Tomatoes, oinion rings, and then about 2 bars of chocolate,
Now Pre-Op I have quarter of Gammon steak, Half a packet of super noodles, Mushrooms, grilled tomatoes. YUMMMMIEEEEE! had it on friday night and enjoyed every last scrap of it lol. Followed by a Skinny cow Mint choc chip Ice cream.
 
my fav food b4 my op was pizza and donner kebab, now i love sea food especially prawns x

Ohhh you just made me have a craving for good old fashioned pie mash and liquor....lots of vinegar and salt.

Yum yum, not had that for years. My mum lives across the road from F. Cooke the famous Pie and Mash shop.


Haven'thad surgery yet.

There are so many to mention. Mums home made westindian soup, mums sunday roast, pizza, chicken and chip and chinese take away (from Oxford St London only). I could go on :ashamed0005:

Anything that is the problem still do but smaller portions no bread rice cut out the chips but still find it hard not to eat crisps so i allow myself one bag a week lol.
 
pre op chicken in maderia sauce with dulphanouise potatoes and broccolie

post op scallops pan fried with a drizzel of olive oil and garlic served on wilted spinich
or plain old prawns
