That's great. It's good to see someone over a year out still having good losses. I hope the same happens for me!

Can back from Scotland elated as I THOUGHT I'd lost 10lb first week after surgery - but scales at home were showing 4lb heavier than the ones at mums.....

I'm guessing I therefore lost 6lb week before last and 6lb this week (given I'm -6lb on home scales from the weight I was when I got home....)

Whatever - I'm still pleased !

I am a very happy chicky this week. 5 pounds down. I been changing it up with my diet and running more. Whoop whoop! So close to target I can see it.

Hi Sarah, did you get your surgery in Scotland? I cant find anyone that does a wrap up here The websites (That this luddite can find) all state down south or in Europe.

Lost 10lb pre op and weighed this week which was first weigh in since op and I've lost 7lb. Very happy! That's 1st 3lb in three weeks!
