Thank you ladies. I think I need to get my head back into the game and cut back on the rubbish. I'm constantly ill at the moment with bugs or flu and it's hard to be motivated.
Hi there I am 4 years post op. I'm finding I can eat or drink anything without any issue. I am putting weight on and my appetite is back. Can anyone help me with this?
Hi there,
I had my tummy tuck done last year. Not sure whether to use the same surgeon or not. Who did you use for your breasts? Also what's the scarring like?
Thank you all for your replies. Very helpful. I get sleepy all the time after eating. Is this a form of dumping. I can not eat any where as much as I used to. I think I need to give myself a kick up the bottom and start on the healthy stuff only for a little while. Oh and the gym! :)
Hi all! I wondered if anyone else is at my stage post op? In Jan 2013 it will be 2 years. I am finding I can eat more and I don't dump at all. Is this normal? Before and after pictures too :)
Hi all. I hope you are all doing well on your journey.
I wanted some advice. I don't dump on anything anymore. I find that my appetite has increased. I still have restriction because I can't eat as much as I used to.
I am eating rubbish to be honest, biscuits, more carbs than I have allowed...
I'm 14 months isn't op and find I can eat everything within reason. But that does change sometimes. Yesterday I had a very small amount of bread and butter pudding and it made me dump. I am post TT op though at the moment. Good luck with your journey
Thank you for the nice messages ladies. I found this op much harder than the gastric bypass. My blood pressure is getting better. Just need to rest now. Good luck to you all too x
Hi Debs, congrats on your weight loss and TT. I lost 8 stone last year and had a TT on Friday. I watch what I eat - eat healthy but since the op I have been very weak and more hungry than at all in the last year. Is this normal. My last surgery was a gastric bypass which was done via keyhole -...
Hi there, I had my tummy tuck on Friday and wanted to know if anyone else has had one and if they have any tips for a quicker recovery? I had very low blood pressure after the TT and kept passing out. Have been discharged and I am resting until my wound check on Friday
Can you help me with maintaining 12 months after op. I can eat anything and I don't dump which is not good. I also feel I can eat a lot more than in previous months. Is this normal?
Ha maybe Shel! This is the best thing I have done for myself. I feel amazing and get to talk to do many nice people on here. Hopefully my prince will be soon I have kissed way too many frogs already! :)
