how did you get on yesterday? was the place that you had the fill easier to find than Edgbaston? what a nightmare that was (lol):cry:. Do you have to do the liquid diet for another 3 days? Hope all went well.

i went to cardiff for fill and wendy didnt put anything in as i have been being sick alot and she thought i may have something stuck..
i was disheartened but hey thats what this life changing journey is UPS + DOWNS!!

Hi emma, its moe, i dont think ive got the hang of this band, i can honestly say i have a little restriction now, however i have lost no weight at all, i eat three sensible meals a day and am always hungry in between meals so therefore pick, but what i wanted to know was i thought that if i had breakfast this would last until lunch and so on and so on but i am still fighting the hunger thing on an hourly basis am i alone or is this normal.
