advice please ?

hiya all im having my op on wed morning and my son is taking me as i dont have a partner an my oldest daughter wants to come but i was thinking she could be sat about all day so maybe its just be better for them just to drop me off an go back home but i do feel horrible incase they think im pushing them away what shall i do ?

Yes I would leave it to them too, although my Aunt took me to the hospital and my son had to come along, they dropped me off and left, I actually spent most of the time post op asleep as the anaesthetic affected me that way, and for me I preferred having the time alone before the op due to the way I was feeling.

But while they can decide, its your op day and you need to do what feels right for you

They want to be there to support you so let them hun, you are going to need support emotionally and mentally for the future, so keep them close to your side.
