OK i now know where i will be staying on it is the Hilton Metropole right next to the NEC whooo it has a pool, sauna, massage... and i have been TOLD i must treat myself as it is my Birthday on the 23rd

I presume you are looking to meet up in the daytime to leave your evenings free with Jonah? Which day of the two is best for you as it looks like Im free on either day at the moment.

Is anyone else planning on coming?

Either day is good with me Sam, only staying the one night but Jonah will be at the NEC on the 26th but no idea how long so morning if you prefer that day.

yes i want the evening free lol not sure what we will do yet, the club we used to atend doesnt have a suitable party on for us. Hmmm i also remember there is a great sushi bar somewhere near the canels lol

LOL i do not know the area we need a large coffee shop or wetherspoons so we can sit drinking latte or whatever else it is you lot drink....

J has suggested we meet in one of the Bars in the Hotel as everything around there will be NEC connected and cost about the same

Wednesday is fast approuching and i have discovered that we will be leaving early on the wednesday morning and will not be booking into the hotel until later, so i have to find somewhere to hang out for you lot to turn up and actually meet me LOL So while the HOTEL is convenient if you know of somewhere better please speak up

I dont know the NEC area at all Di, I was just planning on using the satnav to find your hotel.... Unless you fancy meeting up in the city centre. We could find somewhere for lunch or a coffee and you could have a look round the bullring or see a few sights. I have to get back for school run though at 3pm

We are leaving London at 6am i will be there before 9am as the conference starts at 9... would it be easier for others to meet up in central london? perhaps someone could suggest a place there where we can take over a cafe lol

I could do that, can it be morning on thrusday please jonah has said that he probably wont be going to the NEC that day so it will leave things open for if he needs to get back earlier for whatever reason.

LOL will have to locate the train station in the area or get a bus i have been to New St station a few times. Ok so where are we meeting please do not say McD's lol and what time can you all make it for?
