I remember seeing this thread last year and longing to join in SO here i am Sorry to bring up Christmas already, but honestly its not far away eeeekkk

So whos up for Christmas goal setting? I have already set mine at the bottom of my signature anyone else wishing to join me????

Nothing like a good goal to focus the mind

Approx 7weeks to go......

My goal 2lb a week = 1 stone. Sooooo total loss 2 stone 1lb! Which would be 15 stone exactly! Xx

Last year my Xmas dinner was my first day on real foods after purees I had 1 small sprout, 2 slices of carrot, a sliver of turkey, and 6 peas Oh and as we were in the middle of having the ceilings plastered the decent furniture was in storage and we had one of those small fold out tables where you store the fold away chairs inside, I really wasn't sure the chair would take my weight so I sat in a computer chair at the table
