Well i've had a great weight loss this week 5lb for me - had a band fill on Tuesday - Yippee

What am I doing wrong apart from not being able to eat?? You think it would be dropping off at this rate, but no the opposite, how disappointing. I can bearly eat any amount and then I am limited to mush still.
