Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! 2lb loss this week, i'm very pleased i've reached my target, didnt think this was going to happen as i put 1lb on last week the first time i'd put on weight since my bypass 7 months ago and i am overdue for my TOTM and am feeling very bloated!

couldnt believe it 6lb for me from 5 days ago. thats hit my target -5lb gail x (could have something to do with just finished totm plus my hormone levels were haywire due to ceasing my periods for the past 4 months)
