blimey love you dont do things by halves ,ask your g.p for help with the stopping smoking ,my friend got some talbets ...soz about the spelling its awful lol .........hope your dad is doing ok xx

Good luck with the quitting smoking hun, you can do it! Theres at least 3 of us on here who have done it Its not easy, but so do-able. I used Champix but the other ladies used patches, so between you and the GP Im sure you will see whats best for you........Good Luck XX
