Someone thanked me as 'Choppers' the other day. Made me laugh as I'm about to be fitted with a brace soon (at 52!) A lap band and a brace all in the same month! Phew!

It's definitely an actual thing!
And it's lovely.
But we will stop posting about it and get back to the weightloss posts!

So yesterday I had 1.5ml put in my band and registered a 5 pound loss.
That's in 2 weeks and 2 days.
So I'm ok with that.
They said 1-2 pound a week - so I've beat that.
I want more, and they said I could lose more, so now I should have more restriction - I'm hoping it'll speed up.
Chummy also had a fill and got weighed.
I'll let her tell you the result, but she smashed it!
It was a good day and everything's moving forward.

In other news, it's 4.45, it's freezing cold and I'm about to leave home to hit the park.
But the good news is, I now have gloves!!!!

Hi all, I'm still here, just reading your lovely messages.

Hope you're all doing well.

Well done Franky for yesterday, 5lb is brilliant, a loss is a loss.
I'm really chuffed that I managed 12lbs in 4wks, apparently the biggest looser for the month, get in there. I'm sure it's down to Franky rather than the band. We sat together in the waiting room like two love sick teenagers, bliss.

Had a lovely day together yesterday in London talking about the future. Ladies buy those hats, that's a defo. Oh, and met the Father in law!! We did decided that we'd stop gushing on here about how happy we are. But if you're interested and it breaks up the weight loss chat I suppose we can continue. If we offend anyone or its too much we'll stop.

Glad to hear the gloves help. X
