Great news Franky! (I keep calling you that even though it's not your name lol)

Just back from my lunchtime 2 mile walk.
Now tucking into my packed lunch of homemade chicken, bacon and mushroom risotto.

I'm not digging the lunchtime walking, but its much better than leaving your gorgeous girlfriends at 5am to hit the park before work.

Everything is great.

Looking forward to Xmas.

3rd fill tomorrow. I need a 6 pound loss.
I'm unsure if I'll get it.
Clothes deffo feel looser.
And had a comment from my mother and girlfriend re thinner face and belly.

We shall see.
It didn't go on overnight, so I'm in no rush to lose it, it's going in the right direction.
