1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)

1 teaspoon grated ginger and 1 tsp chopped garlic
1 teaspoon finely chopped green chilies
1 tablespoon coriander powder (dhania)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 chopped chopped coriander (hara dhania)

Boil veg till cooked. Mixed yoghurt and gram flour (helps it to stop separating. Mix the yogurt, ginger, green chilies, turmeric powder, coriander powder and paprika into a paste.
), , dry fry the cumin seeds and asafoetida with the spray oil, add bay leaf. Add veg and chopped coriander heat through and stir. You can also add salt or other ingredients like chicken or whatever you fancy to it and increase/reduce chillis to taste. It can be quite runny
