Hello, i haven't posted in this forum for years. I had my band placed in 2011 and found it quite difficult to get the right restriction from it. My weight has gone up and down quite a lot but im pleased to say that from my initial weight of around 15stones, i am now 12.7. So although i should have been at target weight a long time ago i am still pleased with my loss.
I'm really trying to stick to my 3 meals a day, and maybe a small chocolate treat in the eveninig.
Today i have had
Breakfast: Mullerlight yoghurt with chopped banana
Lunch: 4 Ryveta with light Phili and cucumber
Dinner: Egg salad with beetroot and walnuts
Also had a Double Choca Mocha Sachet which i think i'm addicted too
Trying to get a bit of protein in at every meal. This comes in at about 1050 calories for the day.
