    Oh well done on getting ur self bk on track ive been waiting for ever for my surgery i feel ive been funded but a problem has come up with my lungs so i could be in for a long delay depends on damage to lungs anyway we need to stay positive otherwise we find it hard to be in with the conversation on this forum so ill stay positive if u do love

    Thank you guys had my head isn't inn a good place tonight-i am hoping it's just a blip.

    I had my last appointment with the hospital today was 21. 8 so have lost just over 10%of my starting wait. I feel without that monthly support i will slip back. But we will see.

    I've had 970 cals today and it feels to much. My heads a mess.

    That's not good, can you ask them what the next step will be to help you then, how can they just leave you without support?

    Oh sweetie 970 cals is nothing for someone ur size i drank that in a bottle of wine last night im strugglering too and it is hard when u dont have appointments to go to what about joinging a slimming group in ur neighborhood or go see ur doctor ever mnth to be weighed my last appointment was in feb so i havnt seen or heard a word since then its a long time isnt it be this forum is here talk to us we all know how hard it is love pls dont beat urself up about what u have eaten draw a line under it look to the furture and carry on we can do this lottie love

    Thanks guys I guess it's my messed up Eating disorder mind.

    I go to weight watchers once a week. But don't eat the right foods.

    I stayed the same 20.8 last week.

    My mh is a mess spoke to my support worker on fri. I am not coping at all.

    I think I will call gp tomorroe xxxx
