3lbs off this week... It was 4 a couple of days ago but I had wine and nibbles last night at my friends Ann Sunmers party.... Paying for it today though so that'll teach me! Xx

Hi .I weighed 16 stone 1lb last Friday the 20 th January .Today I weighed 15 stone 3 lb .I didn't do the pre-op diet so i expected a good loss but not this good .Liz xx

I lost 3lbs this week and thats only half of the xmas weight off!!
I'm not the fastest loser in the west thats for sure but its going down which is the right direction. I really want to go into the 17's for my hols in March. Haven't been in the 17's for at least a decade so that'd be good.

Right - now I'm on the right thread I will post that I have lost 3lbs. Very pleased as a good loss for me.
