work moral dilemma, I need help.

isn't there a whistleblowing procedure in place, and who is your boss's boss surely they could be contacted if she isn't strong enough to do anything about it. There is usually a ladder for complaints procedures and you really should go above your boss .

OMG what a dilemma!!
But hun what this man has done is absolutely discusting... what other kicks has he been getting up to at work.... what if someone had to bring there child into work for some reason and they walked in on this man.

i would certainly tell someone, it is not acceptable behaviour.

If your boss is as gobby as you say, id go higher and also state why ive had to go higher.

you coud actually put it in an email or letter if you dont feel comfortable saying it.

how awful, i would not feel comfortable with this man around!
