I was thinking of getting one but was told you can't have them with the memory topper on the mattress so I might have to replace that too!

I've really felt the cold while on my pre op diet :-( lots of layers for me I think

Hi Jojo,
Definitely colder since the op plus pre-op diet. The benefit is that I do not get hot flushes any more and no longer need to wear my hair in a pony tail.

I have 3 jumpers on today and a pair of leggings under my jeans and a hat and scalf!
Don't really look like I have lost weight now but I really don't care I'm freezing!

Was quite a scenario in boots as went to do my weekly weigh in had to start stripping I think the men who walked thought they were gonna get a free show haha!!

Anyways I lost 2lbs so that was cool xx xx

Happy losing people and wrap up warm the snow is coming xxx

I always used to be like a furnace, now im always cold. It is the tiny bit of calories we are consuming. On a good day im only eating around 1000 calories So 1500 short of what a normal man would consume.
