Thank you for all your lovely kind messages.
6 stone in the last 3 months is pretty good.
I'm eating well, home cooked meals by the lady really helps.
I'm getting lots of excersise - IN MANY DIFFERENT FORMS!
And when I cut the booze out for January, I'm hoping to step it up even more.
There was talk last night of joining a bloody gym too!

My work colleague has been taking photos every 2 weeks, unfortunately the first one was 2 weeks after the op, so its not as drastic a difference as it could have been, but I am documenting the loss.

Everything in my life has improved ten fold in the last couple of months and I've a feeling its only going to get better.
