Today I had...

Fresh oj
30g muesli with 75g low fat lemon yoghurt
Slimmers Quiche
Chicken strip
Homemade shepherd's pie
Broccolli, cauliflower, carrots, sweetcorn
3 handfuls endamame beans (salted, as snacks)
Irish cream latte
2litres nas juice

Seems very strange to me that I am eating a lot more compared to the ladies...
 
Yesterday was.....
1weetabix with half tsp brown sugar.
Banana.
Shepherds pie and veg.
Jacket potato (small) with low fat cream cheese and some ham.
Another weetabix...was hungry last night ! That's a first !

4 cups coffee
3 glasses NAS juice

Dinner jacket potato no skin with grated cheese
Snack shaper low fat caramel dessert

2 x Tesco Ganulated sweetner
2 Slices of Chicken
nas b/cnt & apple squash x5
Tin heinz chicken & noodle
2 Slices of Ham
nas b/cnt & apple squash x5
2 Richmond Irish Sausages
100g Baked Beans
50g Rooster Potatoes

Thats almost 800 cals and 3L of fluid

Whatever you're doing is working for you so I wouldn't worry too much. Do you weigh everything or do you now just know what 50g (or whatever) of something looks like? Just being nosey....

Well tomorrow will reveal all it will be my first weigh in in 4 weeks.

Wednedsay was 5 calendar months since my op.
Today is 22 Weeks since my Op.

Yes everything is weighed and checked with the packets/supermarket websites for the loose veg.

Slice cooked ham with dessertspoon pease pudding
Leftovers from yesterday (shepherd's pie and veg)
1 piece of scampi (I love it so pinched one off hubby's plate..)
Vanilla latte
Around 1 litre of nas juice

Brekkie high protein shake with fresh mixed berries made with milk
Lunch muller yogurt 2 laughing cow cheese lights & 4 crackers
Snack 1laughing cow cheese
Dinner inside of haddock fish cake with peas & carrots
2 1/2 litres fluids
 
Today I had...
coffee x 3...............................................................................................90 cals
Egg and cress sandwich (took 2 meal times to consume)..............................200 cals
Pasta with sauce and diced ham................................................................150 cals
Strawberries with chocolate mousse poured over them.................................160 cals
3 glasses NAS Squash................................................................................60 cals

Need to get more liquid down , will have a go at that in a while!.

Approx 660 calories

Well due to being out all day I ate nothing on Saturday....

Today was a hit with me... While on a daytrip to the seaside, I turned down fish n chips and opted to take my own lunch. While the others went for the traditional fat and calorie laden cod, I took sushi. This was my menu today...

Shreddies with s.s milk
Sushi (takeaway from Asda)
Extra handful of prawns
Beef rice with creamy chicken and mushroom
Irish cream latte
1.5litres nas juice

Boo hoo I'm reLly struggling to eat. Even drinking a bit iffy but keeping that up. Thin crackers & a laughing cow cheese is about the most I can manage recently.
Today made big effort -
Brekkie milk protein shake with mixed berries - pain
Lunch high protein soup 1 french toast - bad pain & lots of burping
Dinner mixed fennel shoot salad 1 sliced cherry tomato 2 slices off peeled cucumber chopped finely crumbled 20 g reduced fat feta. OMG the pain!!!
Only manged 1 1/2 litres fluids.
If it continues will go see doctor. Oh & to add insult to injury no weight loss!!!
Thing I am under huge amount of stress with Mum's illnesses so ay be contributing.

Just over 3 wks post op and yesterday's total consumption;
1 sloppy weetabix with semi skimmed milk
Tea
Vegetable soup - x1 cup
Coffee
Sloppy mash with a little shredded cheese on top (merely managed 4 tsps)
Fruit yoghurt

Need to start planning on a vegetarian diet, rich in protein and finding this difficult:(

Boiled egg (instead of rubbish at a picnic)
Home made dieter's quiche
Ham with dessertspoon p.pudding
1/2 bag walkers stars (baked crisps)
around 1 litre nas juice
3 cups of coffee, s.s milk, no sugar

I have tried to find a warm drink, not laden with calories, since my op. I used to drink black coffee, but can't stomach the stuff now. I find white, unsweetened coffee isn't too bad, so that's my cuppa (for now...)
 
Today was.....

1 weetabix with some raisins.

2 Brevia biscuits...yum !

Minced lean beef with some potato and veg.

Banana, strawberries, grapes and some chocolate mousse .
2 cream crackers and low fat cream cheese.

3 x coffee with powdered milk.
1L NAS juice

Ham with a tomato and small spoonful coleslaw

3 coffees without sugar, no milk
Not quite a litre of nas juice

Not had enough fluids today, but I find it more difficult when I'm busy. Will try harder tomorrow....
