Have felt very full all day so struggled to actually eat.

Was soooo bad yesterday. Went to a christening.
Had 500 ml protein shake with skimmed milk , banana & 2 teaspoons of peanut butter.
Lunch - Buffet full of food but nothing I would eat. So crunched on a bread stick. Had tiny but of tuna pasta.
Dinner crunched on another breadstick
Baaaaaad - several glasses of red wine 2 large glasses of juice watered down with water.
Bizarre lost 2lbs this morning. Not a recommended nutritional day & back on straight & narrow today.
I had a bad weekend - I'm a baker/caterer and had to do a buffet for 120 people, 100 cupcakes and a Christening cake! I picked at quiche, pie, nuts.... though nowhere near as much as I used to (added to around a small slice in total). It's shown me though that I definately need to toughen up, take account for my actions and listen to my sleeve and not my head. I gave myself a good talking to and it won't happen again. I too hopped on the scales and lost 2lbs. Next week I aim to have a perfect week!

I think I probably totalled about 600 calories, maybe a bit less but after my 5 days of over indulgence I've got to be strict and get back on it.
