I'm having my band fitted in oct can't wait!!!

I'm really scared, yet know its time for my life to change and I'm sick of being this fat.
Any advice ie what to get in the food cupboard ect please help I could really do with some people to talk to about this that can relate to me xx

Mine is on the 28th oct so I have to wait a while but whats 8 weeks when I've been unhappy and fat for 10 years! I hope it all goes well for you. Please keep me updated where in the uk are you having it done? X
