Wow that's absolutely brilliant and so true. Thanks I will definitely take on board everything that you have advised and take my steps with a better fore thought than I previously done so. I know this is going to help me through and although I know it won't be plain sailing I know it will help me understand more than I did.

Thankyou so so much I honestly feel really alone x I know all of you lovely people will help encourage and inspire just feeling like I'm alone here with so much worry my scales say I'm nearly back to my same weight as when I started this journey which is awful :-( but who to tell or where to go stresses me xx but here I know you will all help Thankyou x

Bunster don't worry, I had a terrible day yesterday but I'm back at it today and that's what counts.....with the help of advice on here I got through it and left it behind me.
