Well Aquafit done tonight! Friend joined me and Kirsty also stopped by, so was a busy class tonight!!! Defo felt the burn, so hopefully will aid any losses this week!!

Only managed around 2900 steps so glad I had the class to fallback on!

I meant to write but been manic!

Booked in for another band fill...although not eating lot over day..but still think my portions too big so booked me in for fill next week with Mr Gibson 18.30 so hopefully make it next week to Aquafit in time!

Been sitting funny all day so backs but sore...be glad to get it moving x

Oh Aquafit was hard work tonight but so much fun!! She switched it up from start and spent first half out breath lol!!

Really??? I just phoned at 8am they asked what surgeon and said il book u in, was gonna give me Tuesday but I was working!

No weightloss again!!! Ugh!!! I know my TOTM is due but feel like last month I been up down and haven't got all that far!!

I'm not losing confidence I know body changes, thought maybe but quicker but still happy I have my band!!

Decided I'm not weighing myself for a few weeks as feel like slave to the scale!!!

Anyway only today and tomorrow for work then lie in!!!

I know it's disappointing Sharon. My weight loss us averaging out at 1lb a week over the past 5 weeks. We will get there though. Maybe a bit slower than we hoped for.

When I requested a fill...they were fully booked for 7 weeks for Mr Galloways surgery. I don't even see him but seemingly he has to be about

Yeah has been slow but I know I will get there as will you!!!

Oh he seems to be so busy love, shame you haven't ever caught up with him post op! Amazing how different the surgeons are!!

Looking forward to end day, got a date with a bath and bed lol!! X
