That should be fine Jo. I had also lost 2 stone since my 1st appointment and yo yo'd with about 8lbs towards the end. They are not really fussed as long as you haven't gained more than your original weight. When I saw the pre op nurse she only had my original weight in front of her she didn't look at the dieticians notes. I was glad as I was heavier than I was at my last appointment so don't worry about it x
