Just thought I would post these for all the pre oppers who are thinking about the ops and what they will be like just hours after the op.


These pictures were taken just hours after I got back to HDU.

It's just a heavy dressing Hun, as my port was leaking x

I texted a few friends a photo of me in HDU a couple of hours post op to show I was alive and well. I received a reply that I looked considerably better than they did on a good day. And my surgeon kept saying I looked "ridiculously well". What was all that about? Such lovely people ;-)

I will try to attach it later as can't do it from iPad seemingly x

I so wanted to have pics but I was kind of out of it most of the time in HDU lol
I do remember saying that I wanted the inflatable boots to take home with me though. They were fabulous
