Well today our office party photos were circulated from September when our VP left. When I saw the photos of me I was horrified how I never realised my true size. On the upside very pleased how far I've come Keep up the good work boys and girls its so worth it x

You look stunning in the before and after photoes, but as you so rightly said, its not till we look back at photos, after we have lost, that we realise how porky we were previously. You are doing fantastically! X
