I have decided that my stalls are water related.
If I force myself to drink more than 2 liters of water a day then the weight comes off, but if I do not drink at least 2 liters then I seem to stall or have small losses. Will keep recording my water intake and see if this is true.

I think there is something in your theory, I always lose more when I drink more!
