Sleevers daily menu

I'm just trying to do everything by the book taking all the advice from my Team. I am honestly never hungry so find it pretty hard to eat. But I know I must have the correct nutritional criteria recommended. I struggle with my protein as I can't tollerate meat & poultry but had problem before op anyway. I am getting around 4og a day & reasonable calorific intake. I do not eat any of the 'bad' foods pre op so stay pretty much in the low fat low carbs, low cal regions. I can only eat very very small quantities & so little & often as other on here do. Hope that helps.

Evening all, today I've had....

Fresh o.j
V.small fruit salad (strawberries, banana, cherries)
Ham with 1/2 tomato, teaspoon cheese spread & 1/2 slice bread
Gammon, egg and beans (v.small portion)
Low fat raspberry mousse
1litre nas juice
Vanilla latte

Total around 520 cals
 
Coffee x 3
1 Weetabix and small amount of milk.
Banana
Half an Omellette with some cucumber and tomato.
Half a Weightwatchers Shepherds Pie,
3 glasses NAS Ribena.
3 Sainsburys Melba toasts with scraping low-fat cheese
1 biscuit

Approx 800 cals
 
Brekkie -Vanilla & mixed berries protein shake 500 ml
750 ml o/j with water
250 ml water
1 milky coffee
Lunch - 3 forkfuls of cheese omelette - threw up (see separate thread Impressing the Impressionists!) lots of pain can't eat.
 
1 weetabix with milk.
Coffee x 3
Pasta and Greek salad.
Thin slice of beef,brocolli and a yorkshire pudding.
Strawberries and grapes and a couple spoons of ice-cream.
3 NAS Ribena
Water.

Approx 800 cals
 
Fresh oj
Bran flakes with semi skimmed milk
Small piece of fish with batter removed and 1 chip (trip to seaside)
1/2 small tin beans with 1/2 slice of bread
2 tablespoons lemon sorbet
1 litre nas juice
Hot chocolate

The fish and chip I had at lunchtime were the first thing to give me pain - It was very unpleasant, and if my children weren't with me at the seaside, I'd have made myself vomit to ease it (sorry!)
I will definately wait quite a while to try either again.
 
How horrible for you veejay. Yes I've had to do that on occasion.

Struggling with lids today but have not counted my milk in shakes.
 
At times I hate my iPad. Honestly you would think I'm dyslexic when I use it. Must try to switch of predictive text at some stage. Made you sound like the local tandoori restaurant & struggling with lids was liquids. I never struggle with lids can always get them off that's why I ended up fat in the first place LOL

Savoury rice with chicken, mushrooms & onion in creamy mushroom sauce (amount equivalent to around 1/2 tin of soup)
Small vanilla latte
1litre nas juice
