Sleevers daily menu

Today has been a tricky one as I've been entertaining. We've had friends round for a big BBQ, so today's food has been;

Half a sausage
Half a moroccan lamb burger
A third of a spare rib
Small handful of rocket with a few flakes of Parmesan
Small helping of fruit salad

The bad news is that I had a few healthy (?) glasses of pimms which I mixed myself in quite potent proportions with Sprite Zero. It had gone flat by the time I drank it though and it did have strawberries, mint and orange in :)

And I'm about to have my obligatory orange juice ice lolly.

1/2 slice corned beef
Portion fish in butter sauce with spoonful mixed veg
Ski lemon mousse
Vanilla latte
Low fat hot chocolate
1.5 litres nas juice
 
Brekkie & lunch protein shake with fruit
Snack laughing cow triangle with 2 crackers
Dinner inside of jacket potato & grated cheese
Yogurt
1.75 litres fluids

Dinner 2 tablespoons of reduced fat prawn cocktail
1.25 litres of various fluids.
Bad acid reflux despite medication.
 
Today was....
1 weetabix with milk and a few raisins to sweeten.
Coffee x 3
NAS juice x3
1L water
250ML pot of home-made shepherds pie and 2 spoonfuls mied veg.
Banana and a few grapes
Couple slices of beef
Sugar free jelly and a few slices of peaches with 1 biscuit.

Approx 800.

Am aiming to stick to 800 to shift me out of a stall and then climb back up to 1000.

Slice corned beef (for extra protein)
Quorn chicken fillet
2 tablespoons cheese sauce
Rolo dessert yoghurt
Single scoop Ben & Jerrys ice cream and 3 handfuls of popcorn (trip to the cinema and these are the habits I need to work on)

Bad day today. I've been too busy and have all but forgotten to eat. So much so that I had to reach for an emergency banana at the gym as my eyes went swimmy and I started shaking :(

So it's been

Breakfast - handful of grapes

Snacks - a banana and some olives

Lots of water.

I'm now wondering if it's too late to cook up a quick steak and a bit of salad?
 
Brekkie - weetabix & skimmed milk
Lunch - o/j
Dinner - 3 crackers & 2 lite laughing cow cheeses
Snack - yogurt
Fluids - 1 1/2 litres
 
Glass of fresh oj
Bran flakes for breakfast
Mushroom cup-a-soup for lunch
Spanish chicken with mushrooms for tea
Ski lemon mousse, slice corned beef for snacks

Didn't see Mr.Botha...did see the back of his head as went to see his Registrar !
Saw a lovely doctor , all is well except for this lump on my side, so have an appointment for a scan.

He offered a Dieticians appointment before I even asked, I said I would love to see the Dietician as feel a bit lost out here on my own ! As I know you feel, too.

If we have the same day appointment next time, please wear a badge saying who you are as will definitely not recognize you...will have to look for your wife instead!

Turkey rashers and Microchips 210
Banana 100
1L water
3 coffees with milk 100

Around 940 calories. Not enough Protein at all?
 
Today not so good...

Boiled egg........................................80 cals
Turkey rashers and micro-chips..........200 cals
large banana...................................140 cals
2L liquids including 2 coffees................60 cals

480 calories

Will try and have some more protein in a while but, really not wanting food today.
 
Rubbish day for me wasn't hungry but tried to eat.

6 crackers small glass of white wine watching x factor uuuurgh!
1 1/2 litre fluid including 1 Emni cafe latte 5.8g protein
Too much carb not enough protein cr@p menu
