Strange as it may seem, not really... hoping i am about 7-7.5 stone down, but I've still got 13-15 to go.

Todays eatings, just under 800cals and over 4L of fluid!

Wow, Wonderlust, 4litres of fluids... Thats great. I struggle to get 1.5litres in!

Today's offerings....

Fresh oj
Shreddies with s.s milk
Small serving of leftover curry without the rice
Ross fish in butter sauce
2 dessertspoons cooked spinach
Handful beans again
Irish cream latte
2 x green tea
Around 1litre nas juice

I calculate this to be just under 750cals and 45g of protein.

Brekkie weetabix with skimmed milk
2 laughing cow cheese 4 small Carrs crackers
Banana
100g reduced fat prawn cocktail 1 french toast
Tablespoon vanilla ice cream with 2 teaspoons peanut butter
1.5 litres fluids
 
1 weetabix with a few raisins to sweeten.

Fish with 8 chips...to be precise !
Another weetabix as earlier.
Half a banana
Small piece of birthday cake, icing removed.

1.5L of water and NAS Juice
Approx 1000 cals?

Have felt very full all day so struggled to actually eat.

Wonderlust, you are so good with your fluids, I get nowhere near 2 litres, never mind 4!
How do you get it in - any tips?

I keep a 1L Pyrex jug full of water my desk and a bottle of NAS squash.

Just keep drinking sort of constantly, I find I get through 5 250ml glasses in the morning, afternoon and evening.

I have been feeling a little down of recent and that makes me crave food, so I just drown the craving with squash.

Plus side is all the extra exercise getting up to use the loo... :p

Another great menu.
Was soooo bad yesterday. Went to a christening.
Had 500 ml protein shake with skimmed milk , banana & 2 teaspoons of peanut butter.
Lunch - Buffet full of food but nothing I would eat. So crunched on a bread stick. Had tiny but of tuna pasta.
Dinner crunched on another breadstick
Baaaaaad - several glasses of red wine 2 large glasses of juice watered down with water.
Bizarre lost 2lbs this morning. Not a recommended nutritional day & back on straight & narrow today.

I had a bad weekend - I'm a baker/caterer and had to do a buffet for 120 people, 100 cupcakes and a Christening cake! I picked at quiche, pie, nuts.... though nowhere near as much as I used to (added to around a small slice in total). It's shown me though that I definately need to toughen up, take account for my actions and listen to my sleeve and not my head. I gave myself a good talking to and it won't happen again. I too hopped on the scales and lost 2lbs. Next week I aim to have a perfect week!

Breakfast - a banana and coffee
Lunch - a couple of Graze box nibbles
Dinner - homemade red pepper, chorizo and red lentil soup with 2 rice cakes
Snacks - orange juice ice lolly, probiotic at free yoghurt

About 3 litres of water/squash

I think I probably totalled about 600 calories, maybe a bit less but after my 5 days of over indulgence I've got to be strict and get back on it.
