Yeah the gym with kids in tow is interesting lol. Im hoping mine will be cool with her sitting in reception with a book and her ipod, my last gym let me park her up in her wheelchair and i often found the cleaner sat chatting to her lol

Wow that's good, maybe i should have a run over to Sheffield.
Not great taking kids, unless you are going swimming

Doncaster keep putting it down to Health and safety.

Have a good night

great idea - would be great to get motivated. I can't exercise for another 4 weeks, but hopefully it will be here before I know it.

How long after having your band fitted can you do exercise? I take the dog out for a walk but that's the only exercise I do x

I started walking again about five days out - swimming after 4 weeks

Listen to your body. I had surgery on Wednesday and walked for 40 mins on Friday. (Band repair surgery). It was too much too soon and I was drenched in sweat and shattered

Remember your not taking in many calories yet. You will get there when your body is ready
I'm usually don't do much more than walk my dogs. Probably averaging an hour a day. That's a great start

Some weeks I swim but not always
