I was you 11 months ago reading everyone's posts thinking will it ever be me?
This year has flown by, and if i can do it anyone can. I know that's what everyone says.. BUT I promise you I really mean it..xx
Work hard, make realistic goals and don't beat yourself up if you have a bad week, take each day as it comes in regards to how much you can and cant eat, as my band like others changes everyday, yet plan your food. good luck im sure you will be fine xxx
