I should be happy meeting went well with ex hubby. I am buying the house. Got to pay my parents £££££ back. Eventually.

I am staying in the mental health unit for 3 months. I will at least be safe there I guess.

Weight still 21. 13 1/4 had chilli ( low fat) with rice yesterday.

Putting my Little boy to bed tonight for the 3rd time since I have been out of hospital-Yay

Had an good day food wise except for 7 up free had a BIG glass of that and not sure about the carbs in it.

Ok so been on holiday for 5 days and gained 12 lbs ( did weigh in this afternoon ) and I didn't eat pudding and walked 13000 steps each day and went swimming one day.
