What's on the menu today?

yesterday I had

B 1 weetabix
L Big Soup 3/4's of a tin
T 2 poached eggs and 2 tbls of baked beans and 4 melba toast pieces

2 milky coffees
lots of flavoured water
small amount of prune juice watered down (for medicinal reasons) :D
Weight Watchers yog
 
Today I have had

B 1 weetabix
L 2 slices of wafer thin ham with egg mayo
2 cherry toms and 2 slices of cucumber (pealed)
T half a ready meal of cottage pie, 1 tbls carrot and
tunip mash, 1 tbls baked beans.

2 milky coffees
1 shape yog
1 cube of melon

flavoured water throughout the day.
 
Today I've had:
B:1/2 sachet Oats So simple with skimmed milk.
L: 15 almonds. Forgot my lunch and so bought some almonds. Counted them out into 4 portions of 150 cals each- I don't normally count my food like this lol !
T- 1/3 Quorn Cottage pie with extra low fat gravy and a wee bit of Brown Sauce. Yummificent. Just had it and hope it doesn't give me jip later.

I'm going to have an Actimel Extra Creamy Yoghurt or a portion of melon and pineapple later if all is well.
Had 2 coffees, 1 tea, 1 fruit tea and a goodly ammount of NAS squash as well

Tea was some SMASH with tuna mayo and a little bit of grated cheese on top, very tasty and very filling - I'm stuffed. :D

Pre op diet - 3 days left

Breakfast - Mandarins
Lunch - Brown bap with ham and tomato, tbs salad cream
Dinner - Baked Pot with salmon, and mushrooms, and yoghurt
 
Got up late so no brekky
L- scampi spoonfull of potatoe spoon full of mush peas
T- sausage cass smash veg n yourkshire pudding

Snacks- peanuts and some cheese, il end up having an ice lolly before bed as ot helps my ear

Bad day food wise for me today so the best day to start recording what I'm eating (inhaling!!!!!!)
2 coffees (black) to conouteract my son's attempt at being the sweeney at 04.00 this morning LOL not
Bfast - 11.00 - 1x mcd's blueberry muffin - dumped
Lunch - 14.30 - chicken and sweetcorn roll
Snack - 17.00 banana pre kettle bell class
Dinner - 20.30 - out for a meal aim to have fish and veg you can do it.
 
Breakfast - Tesco Ultra slim strawberry shake (Shops own slim fast - not bad actually)
Lunch - WW Chicken soup
Snacks - milky coffee, tea with SS milk, NAS Squash, pineapple juice with water added

Not had dinner yet, will post again later if I remember!!

L - small wholemeal bread roll with tuna mayo and a couple of cherry toms.
D - Weight Watchers chicken curry (well it is Friday night) lol

2 milky coffees
Flavoured water but not as much as I should have today so will work really hard on that tonight.

4 Days Post op
B- small fromage frais raspberry flavour
L- 1/3 cup of strained veg soup
T- 1/2 pot of banana custard

Sugar free juice, skimmed milk and few mouthfuls of sugar free jelly. Not getting full amounts of liquid in yet but sipping as much as I can.

It certainly looks like I amgetting that way, but still taking things really steady. :)

I seem to have progressed really well to this stage. Only had small amounts of meat such as mince and the chicken in my WW curry. having a roasted sweet pot with cottage cheese for tea today, not sure how I will manage with the skin, might have to leave that :cry:but will report back. ;) xx

15 weeks, 2 days post op....

Breakfast - 3/4 of a slice of wholemeal toast and 1 egg srambled.
Lunch - 2 slices of wafer thin chicken, 2 tbls of cous cous and 2 small crackers
Dinner - meatballs and spaghetti hoops
Snacks - 3 crackers and philly and a banana
 
b-scrambled egg with cheese(yum)
L-1 weetabix
D-half ww beef hotpot (liquidisers)
S-sugar free jelly

B - Fruit smoothie
L - mash and baked beans
T - mash, cabbage and stewed steak

snacks

2 milky coffees
2 pieces of melba toast with pate
1 shape yog
flavoured water
prune juice (watered down with NAS orange and water).

The roasted sweet potato from yesterday was scrummy, but it was a bit hard to diegest the skin. Will have to wait a bit longer and try again. I just love crispy skins on jacket pots. :D
 
Very runny weetbix for breakfast ( 6 spoonful's)
Lunch we yoghurt (very smooth)
Dinner 1/2 mug roast chicken soup

Inbetween I had 1 x red bush tea
500ml water
500 ml water downed apple juice

Later might have some more soup (strained of course) and deffo another tea

Still battling with milk and have a runny tummy, but feeling good. 17 days post op (open bypass)
