What's on the menu today?

11 days post op!

Breakfast : Homemade fruit smoothie
Lunch : Baked beans n hot dog sausages in the blender
Dinner : WW Soup (not sure what flavour yet)
Snacks : Muller Vitality drink (peach); tea; milky coffee; NAS Squash
 
Ooooh,can't wait till I can eat mashed potato :) 8 more days of liquids to go wooohooo :) x

B small fromage frais
L 1/2 cup tomato soup
T 1/2 cup veg soup

Snacks. 1/2 pot of strawberry custard and some orange sugar free jelly
Drinks. Skimmed milk and really light Ribena x
 
Do you think I am eating too much?

Im 4 weeks post op. Have been on sloppies for the past week.

This is what I had to eat today. This is the most that I have eaten and drunk to date:

4 x tea, 1 x latte = 2050 mls

Brekkie = 1/2 portion of porridge
Lunch = 1 x scrambled egg with 1 tsp Philly Lite
Snack = 1 x dutchcrispbake with 1 tsp Philly Lite (tried this for the 1st time and had no problem with it)
Dinner = 1 x ww shepherds pie (I ate the whole thing)
Snack = 1 x sugar free jelly (made up) 1/4 portion
2 x sugar free ice lollies

What do you think?????
 
Very runny weetbix for breakfast ( 6 spoonful's)
Lunch we yoghurt (very smooth)
Dinner 1/2 mug roast chicken soup

Inbetween I had 1 x red bush tea
500ml water
500 ml water downed apple juice

Later might have some more soup (strained of course) and deffo another tea

Still battling with milk and have a runny tummy, but feeling good. 17 days post op (open bypass)

Hi ryan, glad you tried the weetabix. Bet it was lush after all of that liquid!!! Not long now for the sloppy stage. Hope that tummy sorts itself out soon.

Breakfast runny weetabix
Lunch home made corned beef hash (pulverised with the blender)
Dinner WW chicken soup

Snacks tea coffee squash slimfast shake
 
B - weetbix
L - mulligatawny soup, strained
T - Mulligatawny soup, strained

In between jelly
Later on will have a yoghurt
2 x red bush tea
Water
Diluted apple juice
Another tea later :)

Had trapped wind, but getting better now

All in all a good day

Happy with intake though want to increase my fluids tomorrow

Slice of roast beef in gravy with cauliflower and cheesy potato.

Sliced chicken breast with White sauce with cauliflower and cheesy potato.

Snacks
WW yogurt
Cafe latte

Two pints of diluted nas squash

Solid food going down well and even had liver and onions the other day. No dumping so far.

Getting on with normal life but still get a bit tired easily. Going to start exercising next week. Doctor said to start very gently because of my angina so weight loss should get a boost :D

D - chicken soup

Snack - more ready brek between lunch and dinner, and liked it so much had ready brek again twenty minutes a go. Only small amounts. 6 tea spoons at most.

7 weeks post op

Bag of fridgeraiders chicken bites
Couple of spoon fuls of onken mango and apple low fat yog
Little veg soup
Small amount of lamb shank and mash
Choc waffle about 50p in portion
2 choc buttons


2-3 coffees
Half glass of water
Half glass of orange juicr
 
Though I would post here as I am now eating Ok all portions are on a tea plate or in a small ramakin

B/fast: Light Peach yoghurt and 30 mins later miky coffee
Mid AM: Home made low fat tiny muffin made with splenda and coco powder
LUNCH: chicken and bacon pasta veg gravy
Mid PM milk
Dinner: Fish pie cheezy mash carrotts
Supper: Home made rice pud made with a mashed banana and NO SUGAR semi skim milk Drinks: Water NAS squash Milk Coffee
