ok so i'm confussed - as normal !!! is the milk diet and the pre op liver reducing diet the same? it just seems like some people have been on the milk diet for weeks before thier ops.

So yesturday was day 2 of the milk diet. I'd very nearly stuck to it, but then this morning at 5 o clock I woke up choking on bile. I went to bathroom, and kept bring it up. I ate a bread roll, and it calmed it all down. Now I feel fine. I'm just not sure I should carry on the milk diet. x

Hi all I start my milk and yoghurt diet tomorrow! All I've been told is to have 1 pint of milk and 3 fat free yogurts and a multivitamin!! Mmm can't wait! Just wondered if you are allowed any fruit and veg??? Thanks xx
