i found the recommend calories one better. apparently to maintain my weight i need 3000 calories a day. pmsl. i know for a fact i dont consume 3000 cals a day so why do i keep putting on weight?

My hubbies is 79. He is so pleased its the 1 and only time he will be younger than me. Now he's off to find out if we can have the oap heating allowance free bus pass and free tv licence.

And I need 3500 cals a day to maintain my weight! I have nowhere near that so why arnt I losing at a faster rate!
