Hi all.

Havent been weighed for a while - think I have STS. Lost my oldest westie a week gone friday. He was blind and diabetic and had a fit, he didnt really come out of the fit so the kindest decision was made and we said our goodbyes. He is over the rainbow bridge now where he can see and run around and no more insulin injections. My other two dogs miss him as well - Archie the westie and Harris the scottie. RIP Dylan we will miss you :wave_cry: xxx

Well I am still here plodding on. Weight has STS so thats better than up. I must admit I am not careful with what I eat. Changed my October holiday from Egypt to Turkey so going there in less than 3 weeks all inclusive and adults only so it will be a week of me and my kindle.
