Got call delay - my hospital is changed and my date pushed back til next week. Am staying calm but worried that my op is so at risk of change. And 4 more days of WLS. Hope all went well with the ladies who have been through to the losers bench

Sorry for going quiet. I am now proud recipient of a bypass.

I'm still in ICU but that they just want to get me used to fluids. I just have a little sip and feel sick.

Pain is not bad. Only thing that is uncomfortable is the wind.

Hopefully home later

I struggled quite a bit with fluid to start with but it got easier over the course of a couple of days. I was counting the minutes till I could have that first 10mls and then I couldn't get it in. I was gutted! But it got easier very quickly.
