Week 8 and -3lb. TOTM definately has a major effect on my weightloss but at least I will expect a gain every month. I'm still hanging onto the 12's and my 2nd fill is next week. I have gone from never feeling hungry to thinking about food all the time.

Its hard work this band but I do love it x

Well thats my 2nd band fill done. I now have 6ml in a 12ml band. She nearly didnt give me a fill as she said I had lost a lot of weight. I told her I had worked hard and was hungry a lot of the time so she gave in and went ahead with it.

It hurt more this time as well x
