Hi Hun,

All details are in my signature, I am 8 weeks post op today and I had RNY bypass.

I seem to be able to tolerate most foods but I still have a tendency to put a little too much on my plate, like today after breakfast I fel quite nauseous and had a lie down till it passed.

I am making a concerted effort to make my portions much smaller. Although they still look really small to me!!!

Nice one. I'm five weeks and not getting much down at all. But getting there. Hope u felt better soon after brekkie. I'd murder for a rasher of bacon. Lol

Don't know about quantities Amanda but sounds wonderful. I'm only going to be allowed liquids that will suck up a straw for the first 2 weeks. I wonder why it's so different in different hospitals.

So i had half a tin of beef and veg 'big soup'

For dinner.

Mash,
Gravy
